Payment

If, for any reason whatsoever (payment blocked, payment rejected, etc.), the sum owed cannot be debited, the Order will not be registered. The sum owed is the sum indicated on the Order confirmation sent via e-mail.

Payment shall be taken, unless the server fails, immediately via internet at the time that the Order is placed on the Website by bank card (debit card, Visa, Mastercard or American Express): VOILA ST BARTH has chosen a payment institution recognized by the ACPR, certified as a PCI DSS Service Provider level 1, Merchant Agent VISA. When paying you will be automatically directed to a secure payment platform. You may then safely enter your bank details as the data is encrypted by the security system ‘Secure Socket Layer’ (SSL technology). VOILA ST BARTH does not hold your bank details at any time.

After verification and acceptance by the bank, the Customer will automatically be redirected to the Website to continue shopping safely.

The bank account will be debited within 48 hours to be counted from the Order date which shall be considered as effective after acceptance by the bank.

Money will only be debited from bank cards accounts in euros.

In any event, VOILA ST BARTH reserves the right to refuse any order or any delivery if there is an ongoing dispute with the customer, due to full or partial non-payment of a previous order by the customer, rejection of payment by card, non-payment or partial-payment, or use of a bank card not issued by a recognized financial establishment.

VOILA ST BARTH may in no case be held liable for these matters.
