DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Delivery of the Products to the delivery address given may only take place after payment has been received for the order.
The packages containing the Products are shipped with a delivery note, to the delivery address given when making the Order.
VOILA ST BARTH makes every effort to ensure that your Products are delivered in perfect condition. The Products are packed in suitable packaging and are insured for a declared sum against transportation risks. Your Order is dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation of payment, from Monday to Friday.
Delivery times vary according to the destination, the shipping method and the chosen carrier when placing the Order.
If, for any reason whatsoever, the carrier or the company that you have chosen is unable to deliver on time, it will inform you of this and you will be given the option of choosing a new delivery date (see DHL’s general terms of sale – or those of your carrier). VOILA ST BARTH may in no event be held responsible for late delivery due to a failure by the carrier, your package being held by customs, your absence at delivery of the Order or incorrect information given by yourself.
The Order shall be considered as having been delivered at the time when the delivery receipt is signed.
PROBLEMS LINKED TO TRANSPORTATION
If you have chosen to use a carrier other than VOILA ST BARTH’s usual carrier the Products are transported at your own risk.
Furthermore, you are responsible for checking the contents of the package upon delivery and expressing any reservations, if necessary, before signing the transport docket. Any irregularity should be indicated on the transport docket, with a precise description of the damaged or missing packages. The irregularity must then be reported by post via our contact form for us to initiate the compensation procedure by sending us the transportation documents. Unless specifically indicated, neither VOILA ST BARTH nor the carrier may be held liable.
